Who is ClearSite a good fit for?+
Independent service businesses that need a focused landing page or a straightforward business website. The concepts above show two approaches for home-service brands, and the same clarity-first approach can suit other small businesses.
How long will my website take?+
A timeline is agreed after reviewing the scope and your content. Page count, integrations, and how quickly feedback arrives all affect delivery. No fixed turnaround is promised before that review.
What do I need before we start?+
Your business description, services, preferred call to action, and any logo, photos, or copy you already have. The project planner helps you organize these into a simple brief.
Are hosting and ongoing updates included?+
All three website packages are one-time design/build services. Hosting, one standard domain up to $50/year, renewals, DNS/SSL support, backups and ongoing maintenance are included only with the optional $399/year Website Care subscription. Without it, you handle and pay for those services yourself. Paid tools, email and major changes are extra.
Can I cancel Website Care?+
Yes. Cancel the next renewal through the Stripe billing portal before your annual renewal date. Your current paid period continues, and we coordinate a handoff before it ends. Your domain remains yours; future hosting and domain renewals become your responsibility. Read the Website Care scope and billing details.
How does the project planner work?+
Choose a package and describe your goals, then copy or download your brief. Nothing is sent to ClearSite automatically. You can also explicitly save a draft on this device and return to it later.
